Opinion

We are not fully across this case however based on data of how many cases are raised, how many are successful for the victim and how consistent victim stories may be, it does point to an unfair system that favours the culprit rather than the victim. However in saying that, if the culprit is innocent, and the decision was incorrect, this will also destroy an innocent persons life.
This is a very big topic and many factors have to come into play for both sides for this to be fair. However, in the end if someone did wrong then there should be discipline, but ina way that can provide a path to move society forward and not just bring one person down. This means yes some form of appropiate punishment, but also training and teaching society that harassment is wrong, showing people this shouldn't be done, how to stop it and how to handle harassment when it occurrs so the right action is taken. Never be afraid to speak up even when everyone looks away.
